Can anyone who uses Fat Daddio pans please tell me how long I should bake in a 8" x 2" round and a 8" x 3" square pan? I have the pans but no instructions. icon_sad.gif

Thanks a bunch.

Wilton has most of the same size pans..

Wilton's cake preparation and servings charts:
(Gives batter requirements by pan size, as well as recommended baking temps. and times - and more.)

An 8x3 sq is going to take just about dbl the time an 8" round will. Use a flower nail in the center of the sq to help w/more even baking.
The amount of time will depend on what temp you are using.....*generally* a one mix cake about 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees. You will use about 1 1/2 mixes for the sq and about 3/2rds of a mix for an 8x2" round.
