Chocolate clay is a mixture of melted chocolate and corn syrup. I makes a product similar to Tootsie rolls. It can be used for decorations, and even rolled to cover a cake.

A mud cake is best served cold from the fridge, and is a great dessert cake loved by us aussies. It's also a great cake for 3D work, because it is the densest cake you will ever find! Best eaten with a little frosting, think rich, not sugary, and best if not torted or only once in most peoples opinion. A good recipe needs no filling because it is not dry at all.
