Sam's Club - Bakers & Chefs Products

Hey all 
Finally broke down and bought a Sam's membership today... Dang, I hate paying $40.00 to walk in the door of ANYWHERE...lol 
Anyway, I saw that they have Bakers & Chefs powdered sugar 7lbs for $3.70. When I read the ingredents on the bag, it just said sugar & corn starch... It did not say Cane Sugar... Has anyone used this before? I would hate to buy 7 lbs, and it be worthless... What about their other products? Sour Cream, etc. Is it like a "generic" brand?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,

In the past week I have used 21 lbs of the powered sugar and its been great for me.... After doing the math you really dont save all that much on the powered sugar... i mean it comes in 2 lbs bags at walmart for 1.07 so you save .05 when you buy the 7 lb bag.... lol but I do know that my dad gets ALL of his stuff there and he doesnt have a problem with it!
