My friend's son is turning 1 next week. She has two kids and a job and no spear time to waste on some special cake, so I offered to make one. I chose a cho-cho cake, it seamed so simple, just bake a ordinary sheet cake and cut it to make train.
I was thinking Sacher cake cuz it's so yummy, but i don't know how it goes with butter cream icing.
