Well, Sparklepop, that is "medicine for clearing the bowels", since you asked LOL. (Probably TMI) Also, it is spelled cathartic...so now my word is

catharsis (which is purging, and we can purge a lot of things, mostly we use it it relation to getting rid of unused items in the house, but can also be feelings, etc.)
