kedgeree - an indian dish of rice, lentils, onions, eggs and spices.
Its quite a common term here but there are a lot of indian influences these days in British cooking.
Nettle soup
and before you ask, my father-in-law swore by it, picked it out of the hedgerows and boiled it up with a few other ingredients if he had anything wrong with him.
