Egg Flip is a drink, beat egg white, add yolk and sugar which is mixed thoroughly, add milk and any flavouring, can be served warm or cold. We used to have it a lot when we were kids

Kim bop is the Korean version of sushi; it uses smoked rather than raw fish. My neighbors shared some with us and now it's one of my favorite foods. We get it from a Korean grocery store at least once a week.
