stanza
VJ I am totally confused... I was below your post of stairs. I only changed one letter. Your S for a N. Then posted after flayvurdfun letting her know of the change to keep it at 6 letters I didn't post a word figuring she would come up with a new word so I could post to it. I am sorry if I was wrong. But was posting off of stairs..
You definitely are right, Kay, my mistake on strain!
Sorry that I misread it.
(edited because I took too long!)
tartan
ok I give up for tonight on this one.. LOL I had words for tarzan and savant and then they both changed... It is time for bed. about the time I figure out a word it changes LOL Night
attorney
I think it would be best to not use hyphenated words. IMHO, it will be more confusing. LMK what the rest of you think.
Okay, ladies, I am guilty of messing up in this game. As Scrabble we keep 6 letters and only change one at a time...I did it wrong with attorney, so lets back up to
natter - rental
Sorry!
Ok we went to 7 again LOL
So I will go back to slater
and do retail
booger if you would have dropped the s you would have been fine..
relate
OK I agree no hyphanated words, a girl has to ask .
Wow we're really confused on this game hopefully we're sorted now
There ya'll go again with 7 letters instead of 6 and changing more than one letter.
well, I guess since I keep adding a letter, we need to get another word, something that isn't used. I found that I will add a letter (by accident) when I can't see any other word within that word that hadn't already been used, I go to www.morewords.com website to get help, and when they can't come up with a word with same amount of letters they only come up with adding a letter, thats what I use, without thinking it added one.
Janice, can you come up with another word? I ask you because this is your thread sweetie, and I love all your words. :0
ok in my little dictionary I couldn't find the word.
but I will go with it...
angora
angora- yarn, fabric, or a garment made from hair of an angora goat.
(now I also looked up agorae and on dictionary.com it says
1. a popular political assembly.
2. the place where such an assembly met, originally a marketplace or public square.
3. the Agora, the chief marketplace of Athens, center of the city's civic life.
I looked it up
CAMEOS
.
