Hello,

I have a question about licence! for exemple do i need to have a licence from LV or channel to make a cake with their logo???

Yes, you definitely need their permission. Those are protected designs.

It's free or i have to pay to have a licence?
Does somebody contact them to have the authorisation??

It really depends on the company. You can ask them for permission and if they give it to you then you are good to go. I asked for permission to make a bottle cake, some alcohol, and they wrote back telling me I could make it.

You can contact the design houses-in writing is best- and ask if they would consider giving you permission to use their logo. However, they may ask you to pay a LOT of money, or, they might say it is OK.

You must get their permission in writing, for your protection.
