Half Sheet Size: 11 X 15 Or 12 X 18 ???

Which is considered the correct Half Sheet Cake size? The 11 X 15 pan or the 12 X 18 pan. Thanks!

I think the actual measurement can vary, and both would be considered a 1/2 sheet pan. the same for 1/4 sheet it can be 9x13 or 8x12

Very similar items.

i make my half sheet by combining two 8x12" quarter sheets, so my half sheet measures 12x16."

I use the 12x18 as my half sheet size.
