Well, we signed the lease today. Here is some photos of the store. I am so excited. I can't believe I am about to do this. Something I have dreamed of for a very long time. A STORE!! Just wanted you guys to share in my happiness. It's because of cake central I can do what I do as well as I do it. You make me a better decorator and baker so THANK YOU EVERYONE AT CC!

It is 2500 sq ft. I am paying $800 for 2 months and then they are increasing it $110 dollars a month til it reaches $1500. Lease for a year. The owners are wonderful. They are helping us in alot of ways. It is ready to move in except I am painting the walls in the front room to all be the green color because 2 are yellow and I didnt like that which they have the paint and said they would give it to us. But pretty much all we have to do is put in the kitchen and 3 compartment sink and then decorate. We will be selling cakes and desserts for a walk in bakery. We will have drinks and coffee and also due to alot of request we are going to make breakfast sandwiches in the mornings. Just simple sandwiches to add to out cinnamon rolls, turnovers, muffins, etc. I am so excited I haven't had a full night sleep in a week. I am about to head out shopping for some of my supplies. Thanks for your luck.
