I live in Canada & they do not sell very many different flavors of coffee creamers other than french vanilla, hazelnut or irish cream.
A friend of mine did some travelling to the States during the holidays & brought me back all the yummy creamers I always here about on this site vanilla cinnamon, hazelnut cinnamon, gingerbread, pumpkin spice & chocolate mint truffle.
I know there have been a few different post, Can anyone let me know what flavors you have used in your cakes or frosting to compliment them as i'm dying to try them out but don't want to screw it up.

I made a marble cake & for the liquid as I was afraid it might be a little to strong I used half hazelnut cinnamon half buttermilk it turned out great. Next time I would definitely used all creamer for the liquid as it was not too strong thumbs_up.gif

I have used the carmel creamer in my BC on a chocolate cake. It was great. Have fun.

My Christmas cake was made with vanilla caramel flavored coffee creamer. I substituted half of the liquid called for in the cake mix. It was FANTASTIC!!!!

Could someone please post some links to threads that talk about this? I've never heard of using creamer before, and would love to read up on it!

Thanks.
