Pineapple?

I have a sweet ripe pineapple just waiting to be used. Any ideas on how I can incoropate this into a cake?

Are we talking about pineapple cake or using the pineapple pieces as decoration on the cake? I say forget the cake , cut it up and indulge yourself! YUM!

Fresh ripe pineapple....hmmmm. I would eat most of it raw before it ever got near a cake.

You could do pineapple upside down cake. Use it as a filling, crush up the pineapple and mix with french vanilla pudding mix and fold into whipped cream. You could also add some into a regular yellow cake, crush or cubed it whatever you prefer, and mix into the cake during the mixing process.
