Hi, everyone I'm kathiK's daughter. I'd like to thank everyone for encouraging my mom to ask if I can take the Wilton cake decorating class! icon_lol.gif I can barely wait to start. icon_smile.gif We start on tuesday. I will post lots of pictures.

You beat me Quadcrew! I was hoping to be the first to welcome Chani!! Oh well, she'll see right away what a friendly place CC is.

Just to fill you in...Chani is twelve and loves to work with clay. She makes incredible figures, so I can't wait to see what she does with fondant! And in case you couldn't figure it out...she loves horses. And I guess I'll have to be careful what posts she sees for the next two weeks until I get her Bat Mitzvah cake done!!
