Yep someone is confused but neither you nor me!

We have drawn the conclusion that there are three different dates listed.

I think there is a function that you can change the time zone you are in. Go to the profile to set the time zone you are in. I am in Central.

Ok 77, I'm not confused enough icon_surprised.gif

If it is Saturday, December 23rd and CC has Sunday, December 24th why would I change my time????????

This is scaring me, I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. icon_eek.gif

I am going to put this together. I'm going to forget CC dates.

Let's see 77, you went to enter your entry last night Saturday, December 23rd at 12:53am - right? Some would say this morning and they be right.

Wilton said it ended December 23rd at 12pm which would have been this afternoon. So you were well within the time frame. I saw it, it did give that date and time. I don't think you waited until the last min.

Then shame on them. There must be others that the same thing happened to. You worked too hard not to fight this.

Keep us posted.

Stupid Wilton. . .always having ditzes control their enterprise. Hopefully hundreds others are going through the same thing and Wilton will begin a new contest. . .but OF COURSE, there will be those whining jerks who say, "NO! I won the contest, why should I have to suffer . . ." icon_mad.gif

Let's boycott Wilton. icon_twisted.gif

judge.gif I rule you should win!

moy, your gingerbread house is awesome. My boyfriend thinks it's really cool and we're both ticked off about the deadline issue. I hope they can at least send you a Wilton gift certificate for $100.

I just e-mailed my photo & info, too. It can't hurt, right?? I guess that's all we can do? Technically, it's not yet midnight, so we're still within the deadline, as far as I'm concerned. Good luck to you, moydear77, your house is just lovely!!

Thanks Birdies I hope this is resolved--I feel like a stalker--I emailed them three times. I also called the Wilton Store and they gave me another number but no one was there.

It makes no sense and has ruined my day! I worked so hard on that house!

I wont hold my breath--They are pretty rigid about the rules even if they printed three deadlines!

Moy...if there is ANY way you can preserve your house?

and enter it next year? lol

Don't let this experience ruin your day!! It's Almost Christmas.

Put off thinking about this till after the holidays.

It does suck that they had different deadlines...hopefuly you will get it resolved.

Maybe next year you can incorporate your beautiful house into a larger design and knock their socks of!!

Yeah baby, that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!!! lol

PS: I just went to your website, talk about talented! wow! I absolutely love each and every one of your cakes!!! How do you do it? how many can you do in one week? Every cake is a work of art!

Thanks Risque! Always looking for that Silver lining! I think in the last three years I have really come into my own style! I have had as much as 38 cakes and as little as none!
38 was mainly individual cakes for a friends wedding!

Thanks so much for the kind words! It really helps to make the day brighter!
I have also checked out your site! If I ever make it there I will surely visit. My husband had a big grin!

Ps Risque
I have the a cookie cutter that you have! Lets say it is xrated. I once made just one cookie and placed it under a bunch of other cookies-the cookies went with my hubby for a guys skiing trip. Needless to say no man would eat the manly cookie!
