Well lets see I would charge 686.00 for the cake ...3.50 for fondant cake...that's for 196 people. I would charge the 3.50 for the non fondant tiers and use that for the homemade flower charge. I might even charge more.. maybe around 800.00.

Oh I was thinking .....charge PER spray of flowers OR per homemade flower.....I'm not sure about the pricing of flowers...
