have a big cupcake dillema!!
been baking 300 cupcakes , a basic vanilla sponge with oil, muffin wrappers (basic white paper) started DETACHING From the cup!!!!, told by a home economist it was probably due to the Oil,so i changed the recipe TWICE, to a different cupcake recipe composed of Margarine instead of oil, and am experiencing the same problem. BAKING for a Wedding on WEDS!! IM WORRIED!! any Suggestions!? this happens with both vanilla and chocolate recipes! icon_cry.gif

Do you let your cupcakes cool in your pan at all? I always remove within a couple of minutes of taking them out of the oven and do not have this problem.

I have heard (no proof from me though) that if you let them cool in the pan the moisture can cause it to detach...

Sorry I can't be more help, just an idea.
