Does anyone know what the clear gel Bronwen Weber used to do her piping on the pink wedding cake? It was such a beautiful effect against the pink fondant.

Several of us have guessed that it was clear piping gel, probably a #2 tip.
Funny, I am watching Bronwen work on her Pumpkin cake on the 2005 Food Network Spooky cake challenge while I am typing this.

Thanks Shirley I was thinking the same thing. I can't wait to try it. Love the look. Theresa and Mika it is on the WE channel the same channel BRIDEZILLA comes on. You know the crazy brides that you just want to slap They have been playing it alot. It shows Bronwen, Cake Diva and Mike (forgot his last name) hope you can see it. Bronwen cake is absolutly BEAUTIFUL.

And while on the topic of that show... WHY THE HELL was Cake Diva on there???? There are SO many more talented individuals! Duff?? Michelle Bommarito?? Wendy Kromer?? C'mon.
