Need Help With This Cake

Customer would like a cake with a man jumping out of the cake. Here is the photo. Need help with idea and pricing. The cake will have to serve 30 people. Thanks

I would just do 1 tier w/ a fondant man jumping out... my husband would love that!

I would suggest doing a 2-layer 10" cake (that will serve 30) and like meancat suggested, make a fondant man. I would think you'd only have to make half of a body and make the icing on the cake come up around his torso so as to make it look like he's popping out of the middle.

As for pricing, charge what you would for a normal 1 tiered cake. As for the fondant man, I'm guessing you would use a 1/2 batch to 1 full batch of fondant (?) - charge based on the amount used and your time spent making the man.
