Amoos, Congratulations!! If I could turn back the clock I'd turn it to the day I came home with my twins. My oldest was 2 1/2. It was the most wonderful time. Enjoy every moment. They grow soo fast.

May you have a lifetime of Christ' grace, good health, joy, baseball, muddy knees on his pants, messy/smelly room, ring around the bath tub, a kitchen full of his freinds raiding your pantry of all the cake, driving lessons, milk mustach, toothless grin, and may he never stop kissing you good-bye and saying I love you Mom - even when his freinds are watching.
But most of all, I wish you much laughter. It fills the halls of your home and heart and brightens your life.

i didn't start decorating cakes for $$$ until my youngest was 3. i could only do it when she was napping or at night. she always wanted to watch. as soon as she figured out how to open the fridge, i had to start tieing it shut. she would open the fridge a want to touch it!!! now she is 8 and wants to help. i let her decorate cakes for dad and grandparents. she loves it!!!

Thank you so much to everyone for all the warm wishes!!! We're all doing great. He's sleeping and eating perfectly.....even gave me time to do another promotion party cake for today!!! Now, I can start getting my cake central fix again, haha

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!! Are you getting kraamzorg? If you are, my advice is let them do everything they offer to do, even if you are a control freak (like me!). Take the opportunity to rest up and enjoy those first few days with your new little one and let someone else deal with the day to day chores!
