RIght now I am in a wilton class so I am making the stiff consistency of their recipe...but I just dont like exactly how the roses look and I dont prefer the taste of the recipe...if any of you know an awesome recipe that tastes amazing, and can make roses...please let me know! Thanks!

I found that Rice Milk makes absolutely fantastic roses. I am not good at BC roses at all, but when I make them with frosting made with Rice Milk, they came out beautifully. They were smooth and transluscent.

Just replace whatever liquid you use with Rice Milk to make a moderately stiff frosting. This frosting also had no butter in it, just shortening.
