I just purchased Sugarshack's DVD called "Perfecting The Art of Buttercream"..........Thank you Sugarshack......this is the best video I've seen. She gives her recipe for fluffy smooth, no air bubbles BC icing. She describes every step in detail with closeup camera shots of how to make perfectly flawless icing, including making corners for square cakes using her techniques. She also shows how to use the diamond impression mat. I definitely would recommend this video to anyone that would like their cakes to be as flawless as hers................Her website is www.sugaredproductions.com
I think I would like to get one too! I think I have gotten fondant down, but buttercream is still difficult for me. If I could do bc half as good as sharon, I would be thrilled!
I just received her DVD and it is AWESOME. I am a person that needs visual aid so watching it and seeing up close the best way to get smooth buttercream is so helpful. Also I wanted to say that her customer service is excellent and shipping is really fast. I had a glitch in my computer that caused my account to be chaged twice. I e-mailed to let her know what was happening and she responded right away. Such customer service is rare these days and it was wonderful the way she put me at ease while assuring me that she would watch out for a dupilcate order and take care of it on her end. SHARON YOU ARE THE BEST !!!

OK so I just ordered mine and I can't WAIT to get it!! 
I am a buttercream decorator and man I know I am doing something wrong with my icing!! I am so excited that the "FAMOUS" Sharon was kind enough to make a DVD, and pretty darn smart I must say! I am very visual so.......... I will let ya'll know how it goes!!!!

I purchased mine last Thursday (10/1 and I run to the mailbox everynight to see if it has arrived. Not yet, but hopefully today. Anyway...Sharon, if you are here, do you have plans to possibly make another dvd on other techniques that you are so incredibly awesome at (like your fluffy ribbon roses and leaves...hint, hint, wink, wink).
I think that would be great for those of us that live no where near you to take your classes and I, for one, will pay for any that you come up with.

CarolAnn, the DVD is ggreat, but I agree, I would love to go to Louisiana and wipe the counters all the while peeking over her shoulder, stopping saying Sharon did u just....(insert anything that has to do with cake in here)
