I sure hope that I can freeze them until Halloween for my son's class at preschool. Does that work? And how should I thaw them?

So far I have stacked them with waxed paper in between layers.

They taste good, by the way-- thanks to all who recommend MMF. I put it on ginger snaps and then drew faces on the ghosts and pumpkins with an edible marker. It even helped tone down the cookies, which were a little spicy.

yes, it can be frozen. If you thaw them, still wrapped, in the fridge overnight, any condensation will form on the outside of the wrap.

Does that mean on the outside of the container? I just stacked them with waxed paper in between in a freezer-safe container. ( I did discover that I put them in too quickly after doing the edible pen and it stuck and pulled off a little. I think I can fix them later, though.)

After they have thawed in the fridge overnight, can I just pull them out and leave them on the counter for a few hours before I open them, or should I open right away?

Thanks!
