I make a lot of sugar free goodies since most of my family is diabetic. Here are a couple of sites that you can check out.

Also you could use splenda to replace sugar that is called forin recipes.

SUGAR FREE PECAN PIE
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 c. melted marg.
2 eggs
1 jar sugar free honey*
1 cup pecan pieces or halves
Mix and pour into a unbaked pie shell. Bake 30-35min. at 375 degrees.
*Found at Wal Mart, HoneyTree's Sugar Free Imitation Honey 12 oz. jar says it's "maltitol syrup"

This is a really good sugar free pecan pie recipe that my grandmother and I make for my diabetic grandpa, but i dont think it is salt free, but maybe you could alter it a bit??
