I have a cake for tomm. When should I make fondant diasy? Tonight or tomm?

Go ahead and make it now. You could have done it several days ago but they do harden as they sit.
I guess it depends on how it is used on the cake. Do you want it to conform to the side of a round cake? If you want the fondant to remain soft, wrap the item in plastic wrap. It will be fine for a day or two.

You can make fondant fowers months in advance. To get it to dry faster, you can mix the fondnant half and half with gumpaste.

if your cake is not covered in fandant wait til right before the function to attach your daisies. other that you can make the daisies when ever you have the time.
