Hi, My aunt is doing a 3 or 4 tier wedding cake, this is the first time shes had a request for a chocolate we usually just do white. Her mother has done cake for years and told her that the boxed choclate cake mix are just not that great . She was just gonna try a regular white cake mix and add cocoa to the mix?????? Im not sure this is gonna work. Any suggestions, recipes or any advice on boxed cakes or anything you add to them , or a recipe you love, ANYTHING
would be great. The icing is just going to be the Wilton buttercream recipe. TIA !!

Try the recipe on back of the hershey cocoa can. That is what I use, it is great.
