My favorite cutter is the 'quick rose' cutter from Nicholas Lodge. I found my roses were very much improved using his technique. On his website it is the 90cm 5-petal cutter.

Yep, Nic's All in one or quick rose cutter. But I also like a metal single petal cutter to add the last row.

My favorite for a realistic looking rose is a metal cutter in several sizes. I like the PME cutters the one i use comes 4 sizes to the set

Aren't you supposed to extend the petals using the Wilton cutters?
