Hi all, I need to brag on myself a little (my non cake friends just don't understand) I made some cupcakes sorta like the ornament ones that have been on here, but they were just cupcakes no extra top on them. Well anyway I made them red velvet cake with chocolate pudding and a tablespoon of Herseys cocoa powder in it. then I made a seven minute frosting (tastes like marshmellows, yummy) I mixed some of that with nutella and made a filling for them. Iced with the seven minute frosting and decorated them with red and green swirl white chocolate bits and mini m&m's. I gave them to my daughter's bus driver (they drive special needs people) and aid for eveyrone in the bus garage. I made 3 dozen (all from only one cake mix) for christmas. Well this morning the aid told me that eveyone went crazy for them, she said they were all gone already. And one person said they were sinfully delicious. And another one said they were so good they should be outlawed..... It was so nice to have people like what ya do.. I so thanks for letting me brag just a little.

Those cupcakes sound delicious. I bet that filling with nutella and frosting was yummy. I agree with the other posters.....when are you mailing some out?
