Isn't Norman Davis a sweetie? I met him when he had his cake shop and right before he colaborated on a book. His signature cake at that time was the white chocolate curl cake. Have you seen that one?

I used SMBC and the recipe I use is one that I developed.

So worth it! Yeah it was so fun to do! I cannot even remember how long it took! I had to take a break from the pain!

I am in awe and wow over the look of that cake! Do your forearms look like Popeye yet? I have to break often when I do the Cornelli Lace - I can't imagine - Beautiful and so smooth just awesome.

I posted in earlier pages. I use SMBC. It is amazing stuff. I apply a very thick coat, Chill and with a bench knife or triangle I scrape down the side until even and smooth!
