I don't want a glaze I am doing the two bundts put together to look like a real pumpkins

I second the cream cheese filling idea. You could add some cinnamon to it too.

add a little pumpkin pie coffee creamer to your cream cheese icing.. yummy

I also use cream cheese icing for pumpkin. If you want extra flavor you can add a little pumpkin puree and cinnamon.

I agree cream cheese sounds yummy. And the idea of pumpkin pie creamer would send it over the top.
