If I want to mold/carve some rice krispy treats for a cake, how long do you think they will last? Is there any reason to think they will rot or fall apart or anything? I was not planning to use butter, and this cake will not be eaten. I was hoping it would just get hard as a rock really. But I didnt want it to start giving off a smell or something. Any idea?

well i made my controller two weeks in advance and there was no falling apart...just the smell of marshmellows...but that went away after a while!!! and it did get super hard!!!! just keep lightly covered....so it doesn't get dirty!!!!
