Participated in my first Bridal Show. It was a TON of work but, also a TON of fun. I'm not sure if it was a great financial decision ~ probably too early to tell. Though I have definitely gotten great feedback and consultations out of it already. I did 6 different style dummies. Probably didn't need that many but, they were fun to do.
WOW - that's a lot of work. Booth looks great. I am sure you will get many many orders as a result.
Yeah, those are mini cupcake samples. I made two different flavors. Again, probably more than what was needed. That part I would not do again. I made over 700 cupcakes the night BEFORE. I was dead tired by the time the show began. So, next time...I'll have to rethink that part.
your table looked great. Im doing a show, not till february but i have a ton of questions for you, can i pm you???
I've noticed I get more orders within the first couple of weeks after the Bridal fairs. It seems like they need a few days to soak everything in. With a great display like that, don't be surprised when they start calling. I don't even try to take bookings at the shows any more, it's just too hard to get info, take deposits, etc. in that setting. Rest assured, your info is in their hands and they will use it! -Lori
Excellent job! The booth looks great!
A valuable learning experience for you, too!
Well Done! ![]()
