Hi,
Does anybody know a supplier in NJ? It's getting really expensive buying retail. Thanks. icon_smile.gif

You can get some supplies at Restaurant Depot, there are several locations in NJ, membership is free however you do need a tax id number. They sell all types of food supplies as well as boxes, cake boards and kitchen equipment. Check out their website. I also buy supplies at Costco, but I am just a hobbyist. Good luck

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Restaurant Depot. My friend got us in on his tax ID # and I buy #10 cans of filling, 50lb boxes of sweetex, cake boxes, EVERYTHING!! There are 2 here in the Atlanta area and I get excited everytime I think about going! Today I bought a 25lb bag of powd. sugar for $11 !!! (88 cents for 2lb)
YOu do have to know your prices, like eggs are a good price, but they are medium eggs, lesson learned. they have butter at a great price and I also grocery shop there at times.
They have a website with locations. www.restaurantdepot.com

Hope this helps some people
