Piping Chocolate?

What's the best tool for this, parchment triangle or disposable bag? I'm getting ready to work on a transfer (not a sheet, just a figure).

It is best to work with a small amount, so a small parchment bag is your best bet. I take a large triangle, cut in half, then in half again. Makes and nice little bag. nip the tip of the bag, and the whole thing is a throw-away

I found the easiest way is with a small wilton squeezy bottle. I just can't get the hang of piping chocolate out of a bag...it just runs everywhere!
