If I wanted to bake cookies on Thursday and wanted to prepare the dough on Tuesday, can I just put the dough in the fridge or do I need to freeze the dough in such a short period?

Thank you icon_smile.gif

Two days in the fridge should be fine. Just be sure to wrap it well and protect it from odors.

I roll out my dough in between sheets of parchment paper then stack them on my baking sheet. Then I wrap the whole sheet pan in saran wrap and store it in the frige. This ensures that it won't absorb any ordors and it saves me steps. All I have to do it take it out cut them and bake them. A few days isn't going to hurt it.
