Anyone Order From "old River Road" Directly?

I made a pretty big order for cutters and received them the day after Thanksgiving. My order was messed up a bit. I got one I did not order and two I did not receive. We have been calling and I emailed to let them know the problem and nothing, can't seem to get a hold of anyone.
I'm very happy with my cutters but I'm wondering what's going on?
I sure hope they don't take December off and not tell their customers. I'm hoping for my cutters before Christmas.
Anyone know?
What was the outcome? (Sorry if you posted it already, but if you did I missed it!)
I'd like the contact information if you'd share. There is a shop in my area that carries a few of their cutters but they don't get seasonal ones early enough for me. That is of course, if you have resolved your problems. I'd be a bit wary otherwise.
I did a search and found this on www.oldriverroad.com:
"Welcome, this site is very temporary.
Old River Road copper cookie cutters will soon be available through the net, but in the meantime please give us a call at 530-342-1517. We will be more than happy to answer any questions or send you a brochure of our fabulous cutters."

Thanks so much. I only found companies that carry them that ORR. I will give em a call and get a catalog. Hopefully, cookiemookie got her order straightened out.
I was surprised to see this!
Yes, I did get it squared away but it took a long time. I didn't get the Christmas cutters in time for the Holidays but that was okay. I think they are extremely busy and don't deal much with small consumers.
I believe I called and they sent their catalog, which is actually more a brochure.
I really love their cutters, they are unique, well made and affordable! I was happy to see the last time I was at Downtown Dough, that they are now carrying them. I talked with the owner and she said she was getting more. I guess they saw them at a cookie cutter convention and were impressed. I am going there this weekend and I hope to purchase the other ones I wanted to get. I think this will be a better way. I haven't checked their website to see if they are available online, but they do have them in store. They also have a great selection of ASM cutters. I love those also.
I love "Downtown Dough"!

What are ASM cutters? Complete blank.
Honeydukes, ASM are a brand of cookie cutters! Cookiemookie told me about them. They had some different shapes. I got woodstock the famous doughboy !! they were out of snoopy ( going to ship mine when they come in ) They seem to run cheaper then the copper ones (they are not copper ) But more stable then the cheap ones ! Cookiemookie can tell you more then me. thats my first time buying them !! they were at downtowndough! Dont know if they show up on line or not ! I order from them ,here & there anyway. Hope this helps ???
