I found Glee's Party Shop - 3830 E. Flamingo by accident. They carry decorating supplies as well as prepackaged cake fillings in rasberry, strawberry, etc. They don't have a huge selection of things but they do have stuff that Michael's and Joann's do not carry. Hope this helps.
