Is it wise to do a mousse filling in a topsy turvy cake or is that just a really bad idea?

I don't know about anyone else, but I never fill topsy turvy cakes with anything but regular buttercream. I've read way too many horror stories and I just don't want to worry about them falling apart.

I agree with justme. I've only made one and used plain buttercream as a filling, and it STILL seemed a little iffy. Good luck!

Thank you! I really wasn't keen on trying it out.
