Thats where you use a high density foam paint roller to smooth your cake once it crusts. I have not used that yet. I use paper towel method.

Hi,  I've used it for a long time.  It works for everything.  I always leave it at room temp.  Try it you are sure to like it.

Just wondering if anyone has purchased the buttercream from Sam's club. If so, please let me know your opinion of taste and consistency.

I must say it is reasonably priced! 28lbs of vanilla icing for $25. That is not bad...The colored icing comes in 8lb buckets for $10.

Thanks!
