I am attempting to make my first FBCT, the directions say to use wax paper, but I only have parchment, could I still use it?

Parchment can absorb moisture more quickly than waxed paper. You can try it, but there is a little risk that the parchment might wrinkle.

Um, I'm afraid now, maybe I'll wait til I get waxed paper, thanks for the help!

I would definitely wait until you got wax paper. I always used wax until one day I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize I was using parchment until my whole transfer was done. I put it in the freezer and hoped for the best but my hopes were smashed when I tried to get it to come off the paper. Only bits and pieces came off. No good at all.
