I am just wondering how I can make it so that people can select me to be their buddy. At the moment I am able to add people to my buddy list but others (if they wanted to.....and I hope they do 
) do not have the option. I have checked in the my Forum Info, tried doing a search but that isn't working at the moment and have also checked the Forum FAQ.
Does anyknow the answer to this? Do you have to reach a certain level or is there a way to switch this option on?

I just tried it and it let me add you as a buddy. Not sure what that means because Ihave never used it before but glad I have a buddy now!! 
All you do is click on Buddy List & then add a name, it will add that person to your buddy list. It only shows when that person is online. I don't think there is a way to see if you are anyone's buddy. I think that's all that feature is for to keep up with your buddies~

I don't think there is a way to see if you are anyone's buddy.
Hey girlfriend, or should I say buddy... When you click on the Buddy List link and once the page loads, on the right hand side there is a link that says "Who am I a buddy of?" and from there you can see who has selected you as a buddy.
I like it as the address book type thing--quick and easy to do PM's--especically if the person is not online at the time. You can also use it as being able to quickly view that persons profile and new pics quickly.

Ok to answer you question. No you can not see the buddy button on your own profile.
