I am new at all this. I really just started right before Thanksgiving, with the help of some friends, and my orders took off. My pies especially. But with the Christams season upon us I make lots of different candies. How much should I charge for divinity, peanut brittle, pralines......? I am kind of at a loss. I have been told that I am undercharging on some of my things but how do I go up when I have already sold them for that one price? I need the advice of anyone out there who is willing to help a first timer. THANKS!!!! ![]()
There is a pricing matrix on this site for cake:

You might be able to alter it to suit your pie and candy selling needs.
HTH until you get some more definitive answers.
If you seriously underpriced your goods, tell people just that. Just be sure they know when they order, don't wait until you deliver the goods.
Price your candy by the dozen or by the pound. You probably won't want order for six pieces of divinity. Also, factor in the cost of the packaging.
Thanks for the link to download that program, and for the advice.
