i was looking in to some dvds that kinda teach some cake decorating techniques..a ny suggestions as to which ones are good? ive never taken courses and i wanna see if i can teach myself at home...

I have loved everything by Nicholas Lodge. you can find them at Nicholaslodge.com

They are easy to follow and I have achieved very good results.

I will second the Nicholas Lodge DVDs - very detailed and very easy to follow. Also very reasonably priced thumbs_up.gif
