How hard is this cake to decorate?
Any secrets?
Is it a star tip? I was going to use a hair tip.

if you have the grass tip it is super easy..like a 3 (1 easy-10 hard) you can make it with 2 cupcakes for a little one or you can use 2, 8 inch rounds. Cut one in half and put together like sandwich (cut sides down) to form the body. cut the 2nd one in 4ths and use one section for each leg. you could use a cupcake for the head/nose. go to town with the grass tip and add fondant or candies for eyes and nose. top woth a fondant/gum paste or real bow. HTH
Does anyone have Sylvia Weinstock's book "Sweet Celebration"? In it she has the directions for a shaggy dog cake that looks just like this cake.
there is a how to for this cake somewhere and I can' remember where just saw it the other day. I will get back to you if I can find it.
