Those 3 would be my choice.
I also would like to add Sugarshack! I love her stuff.
i was gonna say Ron but since you added Mike, i would choose him, he's a genius. then probably colette.
Nicholas Lodge - he is the most accessible, sharing teacher
Toba Garrett - wide experience in 'old' cake styling
Bronwyn Weber - very creative, detailed designs
Can I choose all of the above, since it's my dream???
I would also want to learn from Debbie Brown & Lindy Smith
Interning in shops - Not in any particular order:
Ron Ben-Israel -- I studied under him when he taught the sugar flowers class at FCI this past summer. I learned a great deal in a short time.
Bronwen Weber -- She's a fast thinker, and thinks outside the box.
B. Keith Ryder -- I loved the kimono cake he did for Tulsa in 2005.
Kim Morrison -- A good friend of mine, 2-time winner at Tulsa. A great lady who is always willing to share what she knows, and trust me, she knows a lot!

I wanna go and hang out with Duff Goldman and the Gang at Charm City Cakes! They seem like they're sooooooooo much fun and I think that is what this cake decorating stuff should be about.......F-U-N!!!!
I know it's not an actual school but it sure would be the best learning experience to me!
Duff, You and the Gang, ROCK!!!!
