I'm looking to make a cake very similar to this one (I LOOOOVE it) and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to get the sides to turn out like that ....

OR... Us a ruler.. Just measure and mark.. More time comsuming.. but comes out fine if you dont have time to order mat

COOL! I'm all over that mat!! However, I have a cake due this weekend that will force me to do the ruler method icon_biggrin.gif

yeah, the mat is totally cool! it was only 5.99 at my local cake decorating store. i was pleased with the results.
