I just made a really dry scratch practice cake and decided to turn it into cake balls. I put a little too much filling in the mix and it isn't firm enough to form balls. I've no more cake. How do I thicken it up and not spoil the taste? Thanks for any suggestions. icon_redface.gif

I think cocoa powder or powdered sugar. Dry coffee creamer would work too and have a good flavor.

Ooooo ooooo, I bet flavored hot chocolate powders would be yummy also!!
