Can I Store Whipped Ganache?

I have lots of whipped chocolate ganache left over from the cake i did yday.
Is there anyway to store it and what is the shelf life of it? icon_smile.gif

You can store it covered for a few days. You may be able to freeze ganache but I've never tried that.

You can freez it and before you used whipp it again.

It would be best to freeze it. However, when you thaw it, It probably will have to be remelted-gently-and re-whipped.

Or make truffles with the remainder! Wait till it gets a little closer to Christmas, so they are fresh when you gift them. remelt the ganache, so it will be smooth. the re-chill it. Scoop the truffles and roll them in your choice of cover.
