Diane, the cheesecakes were awesome, made them for my aunt's birthday dinner. One of the rare occasions when I get to actually eat what I've made. Not just the crumbs to make sure it's okay for human consumption.

Honey don't get so upset, if you don't have the cake pan just bake a 1/2 sheet cake and carve it its easy and you actually could make it big .
