I guess you want to know how to do this????

Given that most tiaras would be piped out of royal icing (made with some sort of egg whites), I don't see how you could do it that way.

Now, if you're up for a grand experiment, I'd suggest making some MMF, thinning it with water until it's pipeable, adding some gum tex to it (but not much, because that will defeat the idea of it being pipeable), and then, working very quickly to pipe the tiara.

I have no idea if this will work, but it's the route I'd try if I had to meet this requirement.
